At the August meeting, the Board of Directors approved the 2027 budget and reserve plan, as recommended by the Finance Committee, as well as the proposed amended declarations. These documents will be included with the annual meeting packets delivered to all owners near the end of August.  You can preview the budget here or the proposed declarations here.
