Update on potential damage due to the recent hailstorm

This is an update on potential damage to our roofs from the recent hailstorm. As mentioned at our last board meeting, we were investigating potential damage and the extent of the remedy required to proceed with filing any claims resulting from the March 10th hail storm. We did file a claim with our insurance carrier and have requested that they come on-site to evaluate all 27 roofs for possible damage/claims. We anticipate that this will commence in the coming weeks. As always, we will keep you informed once we have solid information to reveal. In the meantime, if you notice any leaks caused by the storm, please notify us immediately. We will have our contractor out to address it. A special thank you to the men of Arbor Grove who served the wonderful Mother's Day Breakfast this past weekend. I know the ladies were grateful for being honored with our love and kindness. A great big shoutout also to both Nina Wakely and Brenda Randazzo who helped direct the crew and ensure the success of our event. Together all of us added a special touch to make it a Happy Mother's Day!!! Dominic
